What you can expect after placing your on-line order: *1st email saying we have received your order and we are processing it. You may get a phone call if an item(s) is not available and if you would like a substitute product. *2nd email saying your order has been approved and will be available within 1 hour for pickup. When you arrive at the store, please park in the pickup spots located on the North side of the parking lot. You can either call us at 537-7002 (press 0) or use the “Click here to let us know you have arrived” on your approved email sent earlier. If you call, let us know the make and model of your vehicle so we can deliver your order to the correct car.

TIPS When you CHECKOUT under the available for pickup there is a dropdown box where you can write notes. It would be helpful if you put your make and model of vehicle that you will be using for pickup.

Remember that the person placing the order must be the same person picking up the order. (MN state law). All persons in the vehicle must have a valid ID and 21 years of age or older. Tall Grass has the right to deny the sale and refund your order amount if customer does not meet ID requirements.
